Manufactured within the Jeremias Group’s European facilities, these systems are rigorously tested to EN 1366-1, EN 1366-8, and EN 1366-13, and classified according to EN 13501-3 and EN 13501-4, ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations and international fire safety standards.
System Overview
Jeremias fire-rated systems are modular, factory-finished stainless steel ducts, featuring high-density mineral wool insulation and continuous TIG/LASER welding. They are designed to resist fire from the inside (i→o), outside (o→i), or both directions (i↔o), depending on the risk profile of the installation.
These systems are suitable for:
- Smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEVS)
- Kitchen extract systems
- Escape route protection
- Fire compartmentation in commercial and industrial buildings
All systems are available in AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel, with diameters ranging from Ø130 to Ø800 mm, and can be supplied with RAL-painted or galvanised finishes.
